風のささやき (Kaze no Sasayaki), which translates to "Whisper of the Wind," the title given to the Japanese release of "The Windmills of Your Mind." All languages communicate information at roughly the same rate of 39 bits per second (bps), but due to having only about 100-107 basic sounds, a rate of 7.84 syllables per second is needed by speakers of Japanese.
